Partners and funding
Start in Salford is supported by local and national organisations, throughout our development we have built strong working relationships with local groups and partners. Established in 1993 Start in Salford Arts Project became a registered charity and company limited by guarantee in 1999.
As a Charity we rely on a variety of funding opportunities to ensure our development and pursue our aims. Start is funded from Service Level Agreements and generated income alongside a variety of grants.
As well as securing grants, our member's Income Generation Project Start Creative Studios produces work for sale. We also welcome support from local businesses and individuals... if you would like to become involved with the project or be kept up to date with our activities support us, your interest and help is invaluable.
