Pathway progression

Start in Salford has designed extended service pathways that provide for the aspirations of our diverse membership and offer a seamless progression beyond our services.

As the Start in Salford member develops their skills levels, they are able to access various pathways that provide a range of options (over approximately a two year period) leading ultimately back into mainstream community life.

In addition, members accessing the pathways will be provided with a range of complimentary services which includes careers, benefits, employment and welfare rights advice to assist them to make informed choices about their future.
