What we do in Therapeutic group sessions

Start in Salford have run various therapeutic groups in the past including Laughter Workshops and Smoking Cessation classes.

We currently hold Tai Chi sessions within our Gallery space, this helps with relaxation and balance which is very popular amongst our members.
