Post on here to tell us what works and what doesn't, what you like and how we can improve it. Is there anything you really don't like? We're as sensitive as anyone to outright negativity and criticism, but we know we can always improve things.

Looks nice and clean and works like clockwork. Nice one!
I appreciate it is often difficult, but being able to purchase items through the website may be helpful, in terms of generating income.
I know this involves potential packing and sending, but this could be avoided by putting on the items, prices and then visitors could reserve and collect?
just a thought as I want to purchase something and cannot do this without either vsiiting the Lowry or calling in
