Salford Mayor visits Start

Mayor and Sydney get acquainted

We were honoured to have the company of Mayor and Mayoress of Salford to Start.
On their visit they had a look around our different departments and viewed the work done by our members, from woodwork to photography, to our recently refurbished garden. It is safe to say that they were very impressed with all the work done here at Start.
They also visited the people's gallery, where they were shown around by artist of the exhibition, Sydney Cauldwell (pictured, taken by Phil Hamer).
It was a lovely visit and we hope that they come back to see us again soon.
