Returns/Refunds Policy

What is your returns policy?

Goods can be returned to us for a refund for the following reasons:

  • If the product is faulty.
  • If the wrong item has been dispatched.
  • If you have ordered the wrong style or size. Postage will not be refunded and any additional carrier costs to Start Creative will be deducted from the refund value.
  • If you do not like the product that you ordered. Postage will not be refunded and any additional carrier costs to Start Creative will be deducted from the refund value.

If the goods you receive are faulty please, contact us.  Please include details of the fault along with your name and order number, we will then contact you to discuss a resolution.

If you would like a different size or style you must return the original item and then order the new item online, postage cannot be refunded in this instance.

Items returned for a refund should be unused. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any items that are not fit for re-sale. This does not affect your statutory rights.

You can return your items purchased online to us within 28 days of receiving your order, by post.

Returning an Order or Product

Please include the returns note in your parcel. Failure to do this will result in a delay in processing your refund or could mean that we are unable to refund you.

You will need to pay the appropriate post charge, please make sure you obtain a receipt as proof of post and keep this until your refund is confirmed.

Please note: it is very important that when you return an item that we know the order number to which it relates, your details and whether you want a refund or an exchange. Without these details we won't be able to take the action you require.

International returns please note: If you are returning anything to us from outside the EU you must complete a customs declaration correctly indicating that the package contains 'returned goods' or similar. If your parcel is stopped in UK customs and a charge levied, we will refuse payment and the package will be returned to you.

Exchanges and international exchanges
